  • naturopathy consultation runs for 60-90 minutes depending how complex your case is. In this time, we will explore your main complaint as well as other body systems to get an overall picture of your health. This includes your medical history, lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress levels, and lastly- a good look into your diet. To finish off, some physical assessments may be conducted such as tongue, nail and iris analysis and any other assessments relevant to your presentation.

  • Diagnostic testing and investigations can assist us in identifying the root cause of your complaint. Further pathology testing can be ordered including stool analysis, food allergy/intolerance testing and hormone testing relevant to your case. Please note fees may apply dependant on the test.

  • hats okay! Kristen understands things come up and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Simply cancel or reschedule your booking via the booking system or alternatively send an email. Please note- if your cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Late cancellations are at the discretion of the practitioner and may be exempt in some cases (e.g. family emergency).

  • he journey to healing is a commitment between the client and practitioner and for some complex health conditions, results may take a while. It is important to remember naturopathy is not a quick fix, and is dependant on a range of factors. This is something that will be discussed in your initial appointment and is a case by case bases. Don’t lose hope though- some client’s see great results immediately. It is entirely dependant on your case and a commitment to the journey of healing.
